Sponsorship deliverables:
- Wi-Fi available for all show participants throughout the entire Meadowlands Exposition Center
- Wi-Fi network name will be reserved for SupplySide Connect New Jersey
- Wi-Fi login password to be determined by sponsor to brand company name. Password must be at least 8 characters
- Once user has entered password, they will be redirected to a landing page of sponsor’s choice – sponsor to provide URL
- If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking
- Sponsor logo recognition on signage in Expo Hall and registration area with Wi-Fi login instructions
Marketing deliverables:
- Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
- Final registration confirmation email sent to all pre-registered show participants within the week before the show
- Daily schedule emails during the show including other relevant show information
- Wi-Fi login details will be available through the official chatbot of SupplySide Connect New Jersey for all show participants to text with questions
