Opportunity: Zen Den

Empower attendees to navigate the show floor with renewed energy and focus by sponsoring the Zen Den. This relaxation room will provide attendees a calming environment to unwind during the hustle and bustle of the show. As the sponsor, you will receive brand promotion on signage and an opportunity to place a product sample or branded item in the dedicated space. By sponsoring this space, your brand will be positioned as a supporter of self-care and a balanced lifestyle.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• The Zen Den will be located on the Lower Level in Coral A and will be open during the following hours to all participants:
  • Tuesday, October 29 | 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday, October 30 | 9am-5:30pm
  • Thursday, October 31 | 9am-5pm
• The Zen Den includes soft seating, mood lighting, water stations, greenery and more
• Signage at the Zen Den with sponsor logo recognition
• Digital kiosk ad promoting the den in high-traffic areas of the show with sponsor logo recognition
  • Digital kiosk includes other SupplySide promotional rotating ads
• Two (2) single-sided skinny meter boards located in the Zen Den with your custom artwork
• Distribution bin for sponsor to distribute a product sample or company branded item within the room. Your custom artwork will be on all 5 panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
