Wednesday, October 29, 2025 | 3-4pm

Neon and artificial will soon be out; natural, clean, healthy, and perhaps a bit more muted, are in! The formulation landscape is changing. Designing products with colors and flavors that meet changing regulatory standards while appealing to consumers’ trained tastebuds and visual expectations requires innovative solutions. Creating appealing products with naturally derived ingredients poses new challenges and opportunities for food scientists and marketers alike.
