Opportunity: Happy Hour

The SupplySide Happy Hour offers an opportunity for colleagues and partners to network during a special happy hour on the show floor during the last hour on opening day. Be the exclusive sponsor of this networking event today.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Happy Hour is open to all show participants with hosted food and beverage stations in the Expo Hall
• Sponsor logo recognition included on the following:
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting Happy hour located in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Rotating ads will include other sponsor and show marketing ads
  • Signage at food and beverage stations
  • Napkins distributed at food and beverage stations
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide product to be distributed by company representative at designated table next to one of the food and beverage stations
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the product, set-up/removal and any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage).
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form by March 10, 2026
• Sponsor shout-out included in an announcement in the Expo Hall during the event
• Sponsor will receive photos from the event within one-week post-show

  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
