Opportunity: Product Development Theater

These 20-minute sessions located in one of the Product Development Theaters gives you an opportunity to speak to attendees about your science, products and marketing findings. Located on the show floor, these presentations are free for all SupplySide Global show participants to attend. Book your spot today!

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at one of the Product Development Theaters, located on the show floor (Bayside, Level 1)
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speaker(s) and presentation slides. Final presentation slides are due October 14, 2026
    • Presentation slides may be subject to review & approval by SupplySide Compliance. Compliance signage will be displayed within the room
• Theaters will include basic AV package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone and TV monitor
  • Seating capacity allows up to 40 participants* within each Product Development Theater
    • *40 participants are not guaranteed by SupplySide show management. Number of participants depends on session topic
• Sponsor will be provided with helpful tips to prepare for the presentation and suggestions on how to promote and market your session to help drive attendance
• Session title and description should be finalized at least six weeks prior to the show to allow for maximum exposure
  • Session details will be subject to review & approval by SupplySide Compliance. Compliance signage will be displayed within the room
• Presentation schedule with session date/time, title and sponsor logo recognition included on digital signage outside the theater
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed within the theater space
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Sponsor to receive list of scanned session participants with complete contact information within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins
• Sponsor will receive Vimeo link of your recorded presentation within two weeks post-show

  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
