Sponsorship deliverables:

• Tasting Bar will be open for sampling during expo hall hours in Bayside F, Level 1 on the show floor
• Sponsor to provide a total of 1,500 (2oz.) food or dietary supplement samples or 1,500 (1oz.) beverage samples
• Your food, beverage or dietary supplement will be on display with a product information card which includes your company logo (and/or product logo), product name, ingredients list, dietary preferences and a QR code which hyperlinks to your exhibitor profile within the mobile app
  • Sponsor is responsible for adding the product information to their company profile
  • Once QR code is scanned, your company profile will be automatically bookmarked in the exhibitor listing
• SupplySide show management will provide all food & beverage prep items and temp staffing for preparation and distribution
• A voting contest with a winner will occur during the show. The sponsor will be honored with an award, receiving promotion and recognition at the Tasting Bar awards announcement
• A photographer will be present during the awards to capture photos of the winner announcement which will be shared with the winner within one week post-show
• Sponsor to receive leads of those who sampled at the Tasting Bar within two weeks post-show

  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
