Sponsorship deliverables:

  • Sponsor logo recognition on signage promoting the session
    • Includes: digital signage with schedule
  • Sponsor logo recognition on signage in the Connect Hub
    • Includes: table tent card and digital screen with schedule
  • Verbal recognition of sponsor during opening remarks of the session
  • Sponsor has the opportunity to provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in the Connect Hub
    • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the product, set-up/removal and any shipping and/or material handling fees
    • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
    • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage).
      • Underwriter must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form by March 10, 2026
  • Sponsor to receive list of session participants post-show with complete contact information
    • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

  • Sponsor logo recognition included on the following::
    • Event schedule on the show website
    • Event schedule in the mobile app
    • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information 
    • Pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels

The session dates/times are subject to change. Any changes will not negate the agreement.
