Sponsorship deliverables:

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format in a dedicated room for one hour located in the North Convention Center (Lower Level) with your choice of breakfast or lunch to be served during the session
  • Room will be available for speakers/moderators for session prep one hour prior to session start time
  • Sponsor is responsible for determining session format/schedule (panel, Q&A, networking, etc.) and providing speaker(s), moderator(s) and presentation slides for the session
    • Presentation slides may be subject to review & approval by SupplySide Compliance. Compliance signage will be displayed within the room
  • SupplySide Content Marketing team will support content development (session title, description, etc.)
    • Session details will be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Compliance team
• Session room food & beverage selections for the breakfast or lunch will be chosen by SupplySide show management
• Session room set will include a check-in table, one head table, optional table for product distribution, rounds of 10, a water cooler and signage outside the room with sponsor logo recognition
• Session room AV package will include a small sound system, podium with microphone, two wireless microphones, laptop, projector & screen and one onsite technician
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in the session room
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form

Marketing deliverables:

• Online registration where attendees can sign up for the session through the official event registration website
  • All attendees must be registered for SupplySide Global in order to register for and attend the session
• Event schedule on the show website and in the mobile app
• Promotion in What’s Hot digital magazine
• One dedicated two-touch email campaign to sponsor’s target audience
  • Sponsor will receive a demographics check list to select business types from our database 
  • Sponsor to view final ‘wish list’ segment of job titles and company names prior to the start of the email campaign
• Two inclusions in email promotions to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
• Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels 
• Sponsor is highly encouraged to extend invitations to their valued customers
  • Sponsor will be provided with helpful tips to prepare for the presentation and how to promote and market your session to help drive attendance
