Inclusions with this promotional opportunity:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• 5’w x 5’d x 8’h space allocated for company’s custom activation.
• (2) People per designated area.
• Electricity available to order, but not included in sponsorship.
• Labor for product delivery & storage included.
• Can use inflatables. Cannot use pop up tent.

Opportunity details:

• Contact your account manager for available locations.
• All Activation Zones are intended to be custom, unique and engaging, therefore sponsor activation must be approved by Show Management.
• No bags or lanyards are allowed to be handed out with product sample.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: August 11, 2017.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
