Sponsorship deliverables:

  • Brand the back of all badges with your custom four-color artwork
    • Solid colors only, no gradient elements within the image
    • Sponsor is limited to two rounds of edits before proof is considered final
    • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance
  • Badge size: 4″ W x 6″ H
  • Sponsor artwork: 3.75″ W x 3″ H
    • High resolution at 300 dpi minimum, 600 dpi maximum
    • .png file format required, file size less than 50kb
  • Sponsor logo included on front of badges next to QR code
    • Logo must fit within 1″ x 1″ square
    • SupplySide branding on front of badge will include the flagship sponsor logo
  • Relevant show information will be included on the bottom of back of badges
