Opportunity: Bag Check

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Signage in bag check areas
  • Directional signage in high-traffic areas of the show
  • Claim ticket given to show participants when checking their bags
  • Raffle ticket given to bag check participants when visiting your booth
    • Bag check participants must show proof of claim ticket to receive a raffle ticket from sponsor
    • Tickets will contain fields for attendees to fill out with their contact information
• Raffle prize to be provided at the show by SupplySide show management
  • The sponsor will collect all raffle tickets, contact the selected winner, and coordinate with winner to arrange prize delivery
  • $1,000 visa gift card will be provided as the raffle prize
• Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample
  • Custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
    Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage).
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Standards
