Sponsorship deliverables:

• “Thanks a Lox!” Bagels and Bubbly Brunch is open to all show participants with hosted food and beverage stations in the Expo Hall which includes:
  • Assortment of NY style bagels made to order with a variety of toppings and schmears
  • Assortment of premade breakfast bagel sandwiches
  • Hosted bars with mimosas, bloody marys and more
• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included on the following:
  • Digital signage in the lobby
  • Signage at food and beverage stations
  • Napkins distributed at food and beverage stations
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide product to be distributed by company representative at a designated table next to one of the food and beverage stations
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the product, set-up/removal and any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
• Sponsor shout-out included in an announcement in the Expo Hall during the event
• Sponsor will receive photos from the event within one week post-show

  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered and potential show participants including other relevant show information
