Opportunity: Bag and Coat Check

Offer attendees the convenience of checking their bags and coats prior to walking around the expo hall. This service is complimentary to all show participants and they will have you to thank.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included on the following:
  • Signage in Bag and Coat Check area
  • Claim tickets given to show participants when checking their bags and coats
• Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample
  • Custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
    Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage).
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form by March 10, 2026
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
• All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Standards
