Sponsoring The Blend Lounge puts your brand front and center with engaged attendees—before, during, and after they visit your booth.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• The Blend Lounge includes:
  • Comfortable lounge seating and meeting space for networking and collaboration
  • Info Desk: The only location in the expo hall – the go-to resource for attendees navigating the show and getting answers
  • Happy Hour: Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 3-5pm with complimentary drinks and sweet snacks
  • The Spa Studio: Attendees can treat themselves to a hands-on wellness escape where they’ll create their own spa-inspired products using natural ingredients. They’ll craft exfoliating scrubs and essential oils in this sensory experience designed to pamper and inspire, and leave with custom-crafted goods!

• Your custom artwork on:
  • One double-sided meter board in the lounge
• Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample within the lounge
  • Custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Sponsor to receive list of Spa Studio participants post-show with complete contact information
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins
