Opportunity: Booth reception

A booth reception is your opportunity to network with current and future clients in the convenience of your booth during show hours. You can enjoy your choice of food and beverage with clients while discussing new business.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date & time of your choice during Expo Hall hours
• Your choice of one of the following beverage selections:
  • 50 bottles of wine (25 cabernet, 25 chardonnay)
  • 50 bottles of champagne
  • 1 keg of domestic beer with 12 bottles of cabernet & 12 bottles of chardonnay
• Your choice of one of the following food selections:
  • Assorted cheese & cracker platter
  • Assorted vegetable crudités
  • Custom sheet cake with your company logo
• Attendant(s) at the booth to serve food & beverage for duration of the reception
• Custom napkins with your full-color company logo
• Digital ad with your custom artwork promoting your booth reception
  • Artwork must include date, time, and booth number
    • Digital kiosk includes all booth reception sponsor ads and will be in a high-traffic area of the show
• A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event which will be shared within one week post-show

Marketing deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
