Sponsor a Breakfast or Lunch Brief to showcase scientific insights around a featured ingredient of your focus. These briefs offer a setting for you to buy a breakfast or lunch for up to 40 industry executives interested in learning more about your products and services.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor to work with the SupplySide Content Marketing team to craft copy to promote the presentation
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on show website
• Sponsor logo recognition within Brief description in online registration where visitors can register for the session; registration is limited to 40 visitors
• Sponsor logo recognition in two-touch dedicated email about Brief session to target audience
  • Sponsor will receive a demographics check list to select business types from our database to target in marketing efforts to visitors
  • Sponsor may provide a list of competitors that Show Management will monitor against registrants to ensure these companies are not in attendance
• Briefs will be promoted in email promotions to pre-registered and potential visitors, including other relevant show information
• Sponsor will receive a list of pre-registered Brief participants*
  • *All leads include those that have given consent for 3rd party share per Informa data privacy policies
  • *Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

On-Site

• Breakfast or Lunch will be provided for up to 40 participants
• Hour-long session will consist of a 30-40-minute presentation by sponsoring speaker(s), followed by a Q&A
• Sponsor is responsible for providing the speakers and moderator
• Sponsored session may feature one to two expert speakers identified and invited by the sponsor; suggestions include a researcher providing insights into the latest ingredient science and/or a formulator on the application considerations
• Meeting room will include basic A/V package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone, LCD projector and projector screen
• Mobile badge scanner utilized to capture contact information of participants attending your session
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included in Show Directory and show mobile app
• Sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside of the session room
• Sponsor may distribute marketing materials at sponsored session

Post-Show

• Sponsor to receive list of Brief participants with complete contact information, excluding those who have opted out of Informa’s privacy policy*
