Don’t miss the opportunity to speak exclusively to this large audience, first thing in the morning! We will provide a table at the door, along with a lead scanner, where you can welcome attendees and provide information about your company’s products and services. Onsite signage denoting your sponsorship of breakfasts/breaks will be posted in the room. In addition, your logo will be printed on all coffee cups, and you will be listed as the sponsor of the Breakfast in the event schedule online and in the app. As a sponsor you may distribute promotional items such as napkins or tabletop signs. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own promotional items pending AFCOM’s approval.

• Exclusive sponsorship includes all breakfasts offered during the event and all breaks outside of the exhibit hall
• Exact scheduled dates and times are TBD pending final event schedule

Advertising & Signage:
• Event signage located at each food/beverage station in the breakfast room and break foyer area (signs will be a minimum of 22×28)
• Logo posted in the event schedule as sponsor of the breakfast and breaks
• Logo placed on the signage at the registration desk that advertises the hours of the event (pending contract received in time for signage printing)
• Logo placed on the sponsorship Thank You signage onsite (usually associated with the event or exhibit hall entrance) (Location is at the discretion of AFCOM.)

Deliverables provided by Event Host:
• One 6’ table prominently displayed at the entrance of the breakfast room; 1 event table cloth (color TBD based on venue availability)
• One lead retrieval device included (to be used in the breakfast/break areas and/or exhibit hall booth only)
• Sponsor marketing materials (flyers) may be distributed in the Breakfast Room and near the Break stations (materials for distribution approved by AFCOM)
• Additional AV is available at the expense of the PIS sponsor/exhibitor
