Opportunity: Coffee and Tea Service Sponsorship

Enhance your on-site exposure at Natural Products Expo West by sponsoring the Coffee and Tea Service! Opportunity to highlight your brand and feature your own product to be served in addition to the coffee and tea. Attendees will also be able to bring home a disposable cup featuring your logo! Coffee and tea service will be featured in the Anaheim Convention Center Main Building on level 3, Anaheim Marriott and the Hilton Anaheim.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Three Locations Included:
  • ACC Main Building, Level 3
  • Anaheim Marriott
  • Hilton Anaheim
• 2 Coffee and tea service stations included at each location.
• Coffee and tea service stations to include sponsor branding that include:
  • 5,000 sponsor-branded disposable cups featuring 1 color Sponsor logo. Cups will be distributed at the (2) coffee and tea service stations at each location on a first come, first serve basis.
  • 2 sponsor-branded tablecloths featuring 1 color Sponsor logo plus NPEW logo at each coffee and tea service location.
  • 2 sponsor-branded signs placed next to each coffee and tea service location marketing complimentary coffee and tea served daily.
    • Signs could also include information of sponsor incorporated product if applicable.
  • Opportunity to incorporate Sponsor product in addition to the coffee and tea that will be served by the Anaheim Convention Center.

  • ACC Main Building, Level 3: Thursday, March 5 – Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 9:30 – 10:30am.
  • Anaheim Marriott: Thursday, March 5 – Friday, March 6, 2020 from 9:00 – 10:00am
  • Hilton Anaheim: Thursday, March 5 – Friday, March 6, 2020 from 9:00 – 10:00am
    • Exact time of day and location subject to change for each.
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, February 7, 2020.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 31, 2020.
