Opportunity: Coffee Service Sponsorship

Enhance your on-site exposure at Engredea by sponsoring the Coffee Service! Provide the much appreciated morning coffee break by donating your own product to be served or branding the service ordered through the Convention Center. Coffee service will be featured in the lobby in front of the Level 3 Exhibit Space.

Inclusions with this sponsorship opportunity:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• (2) Coffee stations placed strategically in the lobby in front of the 3rd Level Exhibit Space.
• (2) 1M signs featuring company graphics placed next to coffee stations.
• (5000) sponsor-branded disposable coffee cups to be distributed at the (2) coffee service stations (first come, first serve). Disposable coffee cups will also feature the Engredea logo.
• Coffee Service provided Friday through Sunday from 9:00- 11:00 am.

• Company provides logo. Show will produce graphics.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: February 2, 2018.
• Artwork deadline: Friday, February 2, 2018.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
