Sponsorship Deliverables:
- Conference rooms of different sizes are available in Mandalay Bay meeting space (South Convention Center, Level 3) and Delano meeting space (Floor 3)
- Rooms come equipped with skirted literature table, wastebasket, table outside room entrance and ample space for room-set of your choice
- Food & Beverage and Audio Visual are available – orders and payment are the responsibility of the customer
- Rooms are available for rental by the day (Tuesday, October 15th – Friday, October 18th)
Sponsorship: $5,000 per day / $9,000 for 2 days
