Meeting room requests must first be submitted via the meeting room request form

Deliverables:

  • Conference rooms of different sizes are available in Mandalay Bay meeting space (North Convention Center, Lower Level) and Delano meeting space (3rd and 4th Floors)
  • Rooms are available for rental by the day (Monday, October 28 – Thursday, October 31) based on availability
  • Each room comes set up with a water station, wastebasket and space for food & beverage
    • Additional services (AV, food & beverage, etc.) are the responsibility of the meeting room renter
