Opportunity: Distribution Area

This sponsorship is all about direct contact with attendees! Hand out samples or literature as attendees travel throughout the Convention Center. A chance for a one-on-one moment away from the bustle of the show floor.

Inclusions with this promotional opportunity:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Designated areas inside the lobby, based on availability.
• (2) People per designated area, approximately2’x2′
• Storage space available in nearby location, but not included in distribution area. Restocking labor not included.

Opportunity details:

• Limited availability, (1) spot per hall lobby. Call your account manager for available locations.
• No bags or lanyards are allowed to be handed out with product sample.
• Sponsor recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: February 10, 2017.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
