Sponsorship deliverables:
- Sponsor to provide product sample or company branded item to be distributed in your choice of one or more of the following lobbies:
- Bayside B Lobby
- Bayside C Lobby
- Bayside F Lobby
- Shoreline Lobby
- Quantity: recommend up to 7,500
- Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
- Hand sanitizers and lip balms will not be approved; they are offered as separate sponsorships for SupplySide Global
- If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
- Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
- Sponsor is responsible for shipping the items, which must be shipped 4 weeks prior to the show to ensure on-time delivery & set-up for the event. SupplySide show management is responsible for the set-up/removal of items as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
- Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
- One distribution bin per lobby with your custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
- All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Standards
- Bin will be refilled by SupplySide show management throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
- One representative may distribute product at their distribution bin on both expo hall days
