Sponsorship deliverables:
- Sponsor to provide product sample or company branded item to be distributed in the Meadowlands Exposition Center lobby
- Quantity: 2,000 items
- Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
- If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage).
- Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form by March 10, 2026
- One distribution bin with your custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
- All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Standards
- Bin will be refilled by SupplySide show management throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
- One representative from sponsoring company may distribute product at their distribution bin on both expo hall days
