Opportunity: Distribution Bins

The SupplySide West 2018 floor plan features four entrances into the expo hall –  each sponsor will receive one bin at each entrance, giving your company and product exposure at all four entrances! This exclusive sponsorship is only available to two companies – reserve your spot today!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Show Management or Sponsor can design distribution bin graphic panel
  • If Show Management to design, the graphic panel will include your company logo and booth number
  • If Sponsor to design, sponsor to submit artwork  for bin the graphic panel
• Sponsor to provide 5,000 items to be evenly distributed between 4 bins
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
• Bins will be refilled throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
• One representative from each sponsoring company may distribute product at 1 of the 4 locations from 9am-Noon both expo hall days
