Eblast specs:
• Artwork and copy needed 5 business days before deployment. You will be given a material due date
• Your company name as it should appear in the “From” line
• Email subject line (maximum of 50 characters)
• You write the blast – email us your original preformatted HTML file (no copies) indicating where URL hyperlink goes (maximum of 300 words)
• Limited to one image (jpeg format) in addition to your logo or banner
• Maximum HTML width: 750 pixels
• Recommended banner size: 750 x 120 pixels
• No embedded video accepted
• Your URL
• Your physical address to include in footer per the CAN SPAM act
• Suppression file: (if available) txt, cvs, or excel file of email addresses that have opted-out to email communications from you. We are required to ask for this list to be in compliance with the CAN SPAM act
• Opt-out Link: We are required to include your opt-out link as well as our own. If you do not have one, we can create one for you. If we are creating the link for you, please include the name and email address of the person who will be responsible for downloading the opt-outs
• Sign and return Penton List Rental Agreement
• Pre-Show Eblasts are limited.
• Post Show Eblast artwork must be received by April 15, 2018 for post show deployment.
