Opportunity: Education Lounge

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Education lounge will be located in the North Convention Center, Lower Level where SupplySide education takes place on Monday, October 26 and Tuesday, October 27
• Sponsor logo recognition on education lounge signage
• Two meter boards with sponsor’s custom artwork placed inside the lounge
• Coffee and tea will be provided in the lounge
  • Sponsor logo recognition on beverage signage
  • Full-color company logo on napkins at beverage stations
• One company representative may be in the sponsored space to promote your brand and/or provide literature, promotional item, or product sample to be distributed
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
