Opportunity: Education Lounge

The Education Lounge serves as a gathering place for attendees participating in Education. Offer these attendees a place to rest their feet in between education sessions by sponsoring the Education Lounge!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor acknowledgement on Education page of SupplySide West website

On-Site

• Sponsor logo on Education Lounge signage, located in a meeting room in the North Convention Center where all SupplySide Education takes place
• Education Lounge will be open November 7-9, 2018 from 8am – 5pm each day
• Education Lounge will be promoted on the SupplySide West website, in the Attendee Guidebook and Show Guide with sponsor logo recognition
• Education Lounge will receive a call-out on floor map in the printed Show Guide with sponsor recognition
• Graphics within Education Lounge with sponsor logo recognition
• Meter boards with sponsor’s custom artwork placed in the Education Lounge
• Coffee and tea will be provided in the Education Lounge
• All beverages in Education Lounge will be promoted as “Brought to you by (your company)”
• 1 or 2-color company logo on napkins at beverage stations
• Sponsor can provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in Education Lounge
