• Recognition as a Natural Products Expo West Climate Day Underwriter.
• New Hope Network Conference Manager and Climate Collaborative to create all content and choose all presenter(s).
• Language will read “Climate Day” Underwritten by “Company Name” with logo included on expowest.com education schedule, onsite signage, welcome slides and all promotions of Climate Day.
• Onstage company recognition during Climate Day.
• Company logo featured on outside of the Climate Day attendee bag. Attendee bag to be made from sustainable materials.
• Opportunity to incorporate (1) sample-size product into the Climate Day attendee bag.
• (2) Super Pass upgrades for existing Exhibit Hall Pass holders. Super Pass upgrades grant admission to all Natural Products Expo West education sessions, dedicated kiosks for badge pick-up and access to the Super Pass Lounge.
• Underwriter to receive scan data post-show for all Climate Day session attendees.

Opportunity details:

• Climate Day is scheduled to occur Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 9:00am – 8:00pm. Exact time of day subject to change.
• Underwriter recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from event. Last date to contract: February 15, 2019.
• Non-exclusive opportunity. Limited to 8 underwriting companies.
