- Scheduled emails will contain other relevant show information to help participants prepare for the show
- Email promotion is limited to three (3) sponsors and may include other participating sponsor messages
- Company promotion will include:

- Headline of message (up to 8 words)
- Booth number

- Email metrics will be provided one (1) week post-email send
