Sponsorship deliverables:
- Sponsor to provide talking points pre-show for speaker(s), website link & company logo
- Sponsor to provide full name and title for their speaker pre-show (which will be included in lower third of video footage; no banner or signage necessary)
- Video producer(s) to provide sponsor with a list of questions pre-show to help prepare for on-site questioning that may be asked to assist with video flow
- Up to a 20-minute* video recording at your booth with the SupplySide video team
- *20 minutes of time spent at your booth includes set-up, recording the interview and recording the b-roll footage for the video
- Sponsor to provide 1-2 company representative(s) / speakers for video recording
- Speaker to be present at booth 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time
- Sponsor can have booth or product shots during video recording
- Sponsor to be prepared for video recording at designated date/time. This includes video participants, booth readiness, and any use of props
- The SupplySide team will monitor time to ensure participating companies stay on schedule and not infringe on the times assigned to other sponsors
- Video producer(s) and camera operator will set up interview style video with 1-2 company representatives / speakers. Off-camera producers will ask questions to company representatives / speakers to help facilitate the video and allow sponsor to include all intended aspects
- Concluding the interview portion, the camera operator will collect footage of the sponsor’s booth such as products, samples, displays, interactions, etc.
- Sponsor to receive mp4 video file within one week post-show
- Sponsor is allowed one (1) round of edits before the video is finalized
- Final video will be approximately 1-3 minutes with casual music track
Marketing inclusions:
- The video will be hosted on the SupplySide YouTube channel within one week post-show
- Exhibitor Spotlight videos will be promoted in the ‘thank you’ email sent to all SupplySide West attendees within one week post-show
- One (1) post-show social media post on SupplySide social channels highlighting the exhibitor spotlight participating companies
- Includes dedicated LinkedIn boosted post for two weeks targeting the SupplySide LinkedIn group with enabled audience expansion to LinkedIn members with similar attributes
