Opportunity: FiNA Theater – sponsored content

Reach more people outside of your booth by presenting at the Food ingredients North America Theater! This is an opportunity for you to talk in a 30-minute timeslot about how your company's products are driving innovation in the marketplace. Located on the show floor, FiNA Theater presentations are free for all SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants to attend.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• 30-minute speaking opportunity in a presentation format at the FiNA Theater Booth #1250, located on the show floor
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speakers and any presentation slides. Final presentation slides due October 4, 2024
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Editorial & Standards teams
  • AV equipment is provided by SupplySide show management
  • The selected speakers should have merit and experience in line with the content; either outside experts or company representatives may be appropriate
  • The nature of the content must be educational and non-promotional. Successful examples in the past have included market trends, research studies, thought-provoking discussion about macro issues in industry, application demonstrations, etc. Highly promotional and sales-centric content is not appropriate for this venue
  • SupplySide Content Marketing Director will support content development and session moderation
  • Sponsor will be provided with an information kit that contains helpful details to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance
  • Session title and description should be finalized ASAP to allow for maximum exposure within Supplier Presentation Theater programming promotion. Session details considered final on August 30, 2024
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Editorial & Standards teams
• Presentation schedule with date/time, session title and sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the FiNA Theater
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed in the session room
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
• Sponsor will receive the list of session participants with complete contact information within one-week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule on the show website
• Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential attendees including other relevant show information 
• Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails sent to registered participants during the show including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule in the mobile app
• Push notification in the show app promoting the show feature

ADD-ON – Video Recording: $2,000

Sponsor will receive an .mp4 video file of your recorded presentation within 2 weeks post-show
