Opportunity: First-time attendee reception

All attendees who indicate this is their first time to the show during registration will be invited to attend this exclusive event, where they can meet with various members of the SupplySide West show management team, industry rock stars and other first-time attendees. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet with new customers before they even enter the show floor in an intimate and unique setting.

Date/Time: Tuesday, October 29 from 5-7pm

Location: Border Grill at Mandalay Bay*

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included in online registration of first-time attendee reception
  • Registration is limited to SupplySide West and Food ingredients North America first-time attendees only. First-time attendee badge types include: manufacturers, retailers, investors, food service, health practitioners, distributers, business service and non-exhibiting ingredient suppliers
• First-time attendee reception will take place the evening before the Expo Hall opens
• Reception will include a hosted bar and hors d’oeuvres inside the event space
• A representative from sponsoring company has the opportunity to welcome attendees to the reception
• SupplySide show management will be scanning badges of attendees at check-in
• Sponsor logo on signage promoting the reception within and outside of event space
• Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo used at reception
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional items on designated tables within the event space
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
• Sponsor will receive photos from the first-time attendee reception within one week post-show
• Sponsor will receive list of attendees who registered for and attended the event with complete contact information within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule on the show website 
• First-time attendee reception will be promoted on the events and show features page on the show website
• Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential attendees including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in email reminder to first-time pre-registered attendees on day of the first-time attendee reception
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule in the mobile app
• Push-notification in the mobile app promoting the event
