Opportunity: Future of Food & Beverage Stage – sponsored content

Reach more people outside of your booth by presenting on the Future of Food & Beverage Stage! This is an opportunity for you to talk about how your company's products are driving innovation in the marketplace. Located on the show floor, Future of Food & Beverage Stage presentations are free for all show participants to attend.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at the Future of Food & Beverage Stage Booth #2049, located on the show floor (Bayside F, Level 1)
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speaker(s) and presentation slides. Final presentation slides are due September 22, 2026
    • Presentation slides may be subject to review & approval by SupplySide Compliance. Compliance signage will be displayed within the room
  • The selected speakers should have merit and experience in line with the content; either outside experts or company representatives may be appropriate
  • The nature of the content must be educational and non-promotional. Successful examples in the past have included market trends, research studies, thought-provoking discussion about macro issues in industry, application demonstrations, etc. Highly promotional and sales-centric content is not appropriate for this event
  • SupplySide Content Marketing Director will support content development and session moderation
  • Session title and description should be finalized at least six weeks prior to the show to allow for maximum exposure
    • Session details will be subject to review & approval by SupplySide Compliance. Compliance signage will be displayed within the room
  • Sponsor will be provided with helpful tips to prepare for the presentation and suggestions on how to promote and market your session to help drive attendance
• AV equipment for the stage is provided by SupplySide show management
• Presentation schedule with session date/time, title and sponsor logo recognition included on digital signage outside the stage
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed within the stage space
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Sponsor to receive list of scanned session participants with complete contact information within one week post-show
• Sponsor will receive Vimeo link of your recorded presentation within two weeks post-show

  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
