Opportunity: Harvest Festival Tabletop

As part of Natural Products Expo East, the Harvest Festival features an array of food, festivities and organic fun! The event showcases organic companies and a delicious variety of organic food and beverages. The Festival is free to attend and provides a lively outdoor atmosphere with live music and dancing.

Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

• Currently SOLD OUT but accepting waitlist additions, contact your sales manager for availability.
• Tabletop space provided to exhibit your products during the Harvest Festival, co-located at Natural Products Expo East.
• Participation in Harvest Festival listed on website and on-site event signage.
• Standard furniture provided: (1) 6′ counter height top table and wastebasket.
• 1 company ID header provided at tabletop.

Details:

• $1,095 – for Natural Products Expo East 2019 exhibitors and non-profit organizations.
• $1,345 – for non-exhibiting companies (includes 2 exhibit hall passes– one of the two allotted passes can be upgraded to a Super Pass to Natural Products Expo East Wednesday, September 11 – Saturday, September 14, 2019).
• Harvest Festival duration: 4 hours. Set-up time provided for Harvest Festival exhibitors prior to event.
• Harvest Festival located on the Level 300 outdoor terrace at the Baltimore Convention Center.
• Electricity is not included.
• Display area is limited to the tabletop only.
• Non-exclusive marketing opportunity.
