  • One (1) photographer & all necessary equipment

  • One representative from sponsoring company may be at the lounge promoting your brand
  • Optional: watermark with your company logo included on headshots for company personnel
• One double-sided half meter board in the lounge with your custom artwork
• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Signage within the lounge
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting the lounge in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Digital kiosk includes other SupplySide promotional rotating ads
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide literature or promotional items to be distributed at the Headshot Lounge
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Leads of those who participated in the Headshot Lounge within two weeks post-show
