Place your product in the hotel rooms of trade show attendees. Room distribution is a convenient and effective way to reach your prospects. Ability to place one item, one night attendee and exhibitor rooms at one of the following host hotels: Anaheim Marriott, Hilton, and Sheraton.

Inclusions with this promotional opportunity:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor when contracting all hotels.
• Your product distributed in the hotel rooms of Natural Products Expo West guests.
• Multiple items and/or literature may be distributed if contained in one bag, basket, etc., weighing one pound or less. Bag or basket subject to show management approval.

Opportunity details:

• Gold Sponsor includes all 3 hotels (Hilton, Marriott & Sheraton) – $33,000.
• Marketing Opportunity: Hilton or Marriott – $14,000.
• Marketing Opportunity: Sheraton – $9,000.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: February 22, 2019.
• Non-exclusive opportunity per night, per hotel.
