Showcase your product in the SupplySide West and Food ingredients North America hotel rooms! This is the opportunity to get your product in participant rooms. This exclusive opportunity is only available to three companies.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Room drop date: Tuesday, October 29
• Room drop will reach 2,000 SupplySide West and Food ingredients North America participants within the Mandalay Bay and Delano hotels
• Sponsor to provide 2,000 items to be delivered to guest rooms
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management before going into production
  • Item will be placed on your choice of the following: desk, dresser or nightstand
  • Item must be one (1) complete piece and come pre-assembled (i.e., an assembled bag with multiple items inside)
    • SupplySide show management and/or the hotels are not responsible for assembly of bundled items
• Your custom artwork on a tent card placed next to your item in guest hotel rooms
