  • Pre-Show
    • Sponsor logo included in all pre-show promotions of the Influencer Summit, including VIP attendee invites to over 100 natural products industry influencers*.
    • Pre-show co-branded email campaign promoting the top Influencers expected to attend Natural Products Expo East.
      • Sponsor logos to be included in digital book profiling these influencers, included in the email campaign.
  • On-Site
    • Sponsor logo included in all on-site promotions of the Influencer Summit including onsite signage, marketing materials and session welcome slides.
    • Sponsor logo featured on the Influencer Summit attendee bag.
      • Attendee bag to be distributed upon arrival at the Influencer Summit session (~100 bags).
    • Opportunity to incorporate 1 product sample into the Influencer Summit attendee bag for Influencers to sample throughout the session or take home to try post-show.
    • Invitation for 2 Sponsor representatives to join the “Influence For Good Social Media Mission” component of the Influencer Summit programming.
      • Sponsors will be invited to arrive 45 minutes before the session concludes and will be partnered with a table of Influencers to participate in the “Influence for Good Social Media Mission”.
      • This Social Media Mission will be centered around a pledge to “Reduce Waste” including a social media contest and waste diversion kit giveaway.
      • Waste Less Social Media Mission to be advertised on the Natural Products Expo East sustainability platforms, including but not limited to online, emails, and the onsite sustainability kiosk.
    • Invitation for 2 Sponsor representatives to attend the Press Happy Hour afterwards in the Press Room.
      • Sponsors will be invited to attend the Happy Hour concluding the Summit and is open to all Natural Products Expo East Press, in addition to the VIP Influencers who attended the Summit.
      • Sponsor logo to be featured throughout Press Happy Hour on onsite-signage.
  • Post-Show
    • Post-show email campaign recapping the reach and engagement of the Social Media Mission.
    • Sponsor to receive scan data post-show for all Influencer Summit attendees.


  • The Influencer Summit is scheduled to occur on Friday, September 13, 2019 from 1:00 – 5:00pm in Hilton, Holiday Ballroom 6.
    • The Press Happy Hour will be directly afterwards from 5:00 – 6:30pm in Hilton, Holiday Ballroom 2.
  • New Hope Network Director of Influencer Programs to create all content and choose all presenter(s).
  • All graphics, samples, claims and content are subject to Show Management approval.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, August 9, 2019.
  • Non-exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
