  • 3:30-4pm – Upcycled ingredients 
  • 4:15-4:45pm – Caffeine, matcha 

Friday, October 30

  • 10:30-11am – AI for product development
  • 12:15-12:45pm – Quality and costs

Sponsorship deliverables: 

  • Underwriter logo recognition included on signage promoting the Innovation Stage sessions
    • Includes: digital signage with schedule
  • Underwriter logo recognition on signage in the Innovation Stage sessions
    • Includes: announcement slide, session title slide & closing slide, and table tent card (if distributing promotional items)
  • Verbal recognition of underwriters at beginning and end of the session
    • Includes: underwriter name and mention of session presence
  • Underwriter may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed at the back of the Innovation Stage during the session 
    • Underwriter is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
    • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
    • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
      • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Underwriter to receive list of session participants post-show with complete contact information 
    • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

  • Sponsor logo recognition included on:
    • Event schedule on the show website 
    • Event schedule in the mobile app
    • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
    • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
  • Underwriter mentioned in write-ups on appropriate health & nutrition brand websites
