Video File Specifications and Submission Deadlines:

• Video: 1296 pixels wide by 324 pixels tall .AVI or .MOV file
• The video files will run in an endless loop at the event
• For content prepared by neoPromo, please submit pictures, videos, script three-weeks from the first day of the event
• Ready-to-run content that is in-spec and prepared by the supporters should be submitted to neoPromo on or before seven days from the first day of the event
