Give attendees the ultimate trade show experience with our exclusive on-site massage station. After hours of walking the show floor, everyone will appreciate a moment to relax, recharge, and reset—all while engaging with your brand in a memorable way.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Massage station includes:
  • 4 massage chairs with massage therapists during Expo Hall hours, located in the Bayside Foyer
  • Sponsor’s choice of male or female massage therapists
  • Services will be 10-minutes each and include shoulders, neck, back and hands
  • Sponsor may provide branded shirts / uniforms for the massage therapists to wear
• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • 22×28 sign within the area including massage details
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting massage station in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Digital kiosk includes other SupplySide promotional rotating ads
• Your custom artwork on the following:
  • One double-sided meter board ad in the massage station area
  • Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample within the massage station area
    • Custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
    • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
    • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
      • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
    • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance
  • One company representative may be in the sponsored space to promote your brand

  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
