  • Exclusive Sponsorship
  • Transportation to and from Meow Wolf for attendees provided by show management.
  • Meow Wolf tour is scheduled for Sunday, August 25 from 1:00-5:00pm.
    • Date and location subject to change.
  • Total Attendance: ~150 people
    • Tour is open to all Newtopia Now badge holders who have RSVP’d on a first come, first served basis.
    • ~50 spots within tour reserved specifically for Hosted Buyers.
    • Opportunity for Sponsor to reserve up to 10 spots for their own brand brand representatives.
  • Logo inclusion:
    • Pre-show: Your logo prominently featured on all pre-event promotional materials promoting the Meow Wolf tour, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, the show website, and the show agenda.
    • Pre-show: Your logo and a “message from our sponsor” included in an email to all Meow Wolf RSVP’S. 
    • Onsite: Sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on onsite signage for the Meow Wolf Community Experience.
