Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
  • Recognition as the Natural Products Expo East Virtual Platform & Mobile App Sponsor.
    • Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the virtual platform & mobile app including, but not limited to; on-site signage, Natural Products Expo East website, email, Show Directory Map* and advertisements*.
  • Sponsor featured throughout the three-week pre-show NPEE virtual extension; a series of content and booth driving sessions in the NPEE virtual platform leading up to the show.
    • Sponsor logo featured on the home page of the NPEE virtual platform and mobile app (Swapcard).
      • Exposure would begin as early as August 16 when the mobile app goes live!
    • Sponsor created banner ad featured on the home page of the NPEE virtual platform and mobile app.

  • Sponsor featured throughout the week of the show, September 22-25; a truly hybrid experience with retailers, press, investors, exhibitors, etc. attending either in-person, virtually or both!
    • Sponsor logo featured onsite at NPEE highlighting the mobile app to navigate onsite and smart event features of the virtual platform.
    • Sponsor logo featured on the home page of the NPEE virtual platform and mobile app (Swapcard).
    • Sponsor created banner ad featured on the home page of the NPEE virtual platform and mobile app.
    • 60-second Coffee Break Ad played first in all coffee break rotations.
      • Includes at minimum, during all livestreamed onsite sessions (currently scheduled for Pitch-slam, State of the Industry, and Keynote speaker.)
    • Sponsor showcased at the top of the Exhibitor List within the virtual platform, with Platform Sponsor denoted and linking to Sponsor’s Virtual Booth.
    • Verbal recognition from various program emcees.
  • Site analytics provided post-show.
    • Detailed report showcasing Sponsor’s reach and engagement provided post show.

  • Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to implement. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
    • Artwork deadline: Friday, August 20, 2021.
