Opportunity: Sponsored Networking Sessions

Secure one of three exclusive time slots to host a branded networking session in the Networking Pub—a high-traffic, open-format space designed for meaningful connections on the show floor. This is your opportunity to position your brand at the center of conversation, engage directly with attendees, and shape the dialogue around topics that matter most to your business.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Open-format networking session for one hour with highboy tables and chairs to encourage mingling and conversation at the Networking Pub located on the show floor (Shoreline, Level 2)
  • Sponsor to determine networking session topic/discussion
  • Sponsor may give opening remarks at the beginning of the networking session
  • Sponsor may provide PowerPoint slides to be rotated during the networking session
    • Presentations will not be permitted
• Sponsor logo recognition on digital signage promoting the session
• Sponsor logo recognition on signage in the Networking Pub
  • Includes: table tent card, napkins, digital signage and tv monitors
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in the Networking Pub
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Sponsor to receive list of session participants post-show with complete contact information
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
