  • (3) 2-person Sponsor-branded public meeting pods located in the ACC Hall B Lobby.
    • Public Pods available for use:
      • Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
      • Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
      • Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm
    • Opportunity to fully customize 2 outward facing pod walls.
      • Artwork Specs: 35.5″W x 61”H.
      • Option to design different artwork for each panel.
    • Opportunity to fully customize back, interior wall of all 3 pods.
      • Artwork Specs: 78”W x 37”H.
      • Option to design different artwork for each interior wall.
• 4 North Hall Meeting Pods:
  • (4) 2-person Sponsor-branded public meeting pods located on Level 200 North Hall Lobby.
    • Public Pods available for use:
      • Wednesday 12:00 – 6:00pm
      • Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm
      • Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Opportunity to fully customize 2 outward facing pod walls.

• 4 North Hall Meeting Pods – $25,000 (Silver Sponsorship)
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, January 31, 2020.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract:  Friday, January 24, 2020.
