The official category sponsor program will showcase your company as the front-runner in your service, solution or ingredient, with pre-show exposure and on-site branding.

Category examples: Antioxidants, Capsules, Collagen, Energy, Enzymes, Flavors, GLP-1, Probiotics, Vitamins, with additional categories available. Creation of your own category is also available pending SupplySide show management approval.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Two 5′ W x 10′ H banners with your company logo, booth number and official category in high-traffic areas of the show
• One 8’ W x 4’ H floor sticker with your custom artwork placed in front of your booth
  • Artwork must include your official category name
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance
• Two digital kiosk ads with your company logo, booth number and official category in high-traffic areas of the show
  • Digital kiosk is dedicated for all official category sponsor ads
• One shelf in the official category sponsor display case in the Bayside Foyer to showcase your official category product or ingredient
  • Sponsor can include additional promotional materials to place on the shelf (adhesive material is not permitted)
  • Display shelf will include a QR code sticker with your company name which hyperlinks to your exhibitor profile within the mobile app
    • Sponsor is responsible for adding the product information to their company profile
    • Once QR code is scanned, your company profile will be automatically bookmarked in the exhibitor listing
• One press release on the Press Releases page of the official event platform, including all official category sponsors
  • All content is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance

Sponsorship deliverables:

    • Dedicated ad (created by SupplySide) in What’s Hot Digital Magazine with your company logo, company description, booth number and official category
    • Dedicated pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels with your company logo and official category
    • Dedicated mobile app push notification with your custom message on the expo hall day of your choice
    • Reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date & time of your choice during Expo Hall hours, including 1 keg of domestic beer, 10 bottles of house cabernet and 10 bottles of house chardonnay
      • Booth reception will be included in marketing promotions
      • Attendant(s) at the booth to serve beverages for duration of the reception
      • Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
      • Digital ad with your custom artwork promoting your booth reception
        • Artwork must include date, time, and booth number
        • Digital kiosk includes all booth reception sponsor ads and will be in a high-traffic area of the show
        • A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event which will be shared within one week post-show
