  • One 15′ W x 2′ H banner on a 30′ W x 20′ L canopy tent
  • Six 30″ table clings
  • Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample
    • Custom artwork on all five panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
    • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
    • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
    • If the product is food or beverage it must be prepackaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Standards
