Tradeshows can be hard on the body - what better way to thank attendees for walking the floor by being a part of the Relaxation Lounge. Interact with Natural Products Expo East attendees by providing a free massage and some nourishing information on your great brand!

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Your Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Relaxation Lounge.
• Massage stations and massage therapists provided by Show Management to provide free attendee massage during trade show floor hours.
  • Opportunity to provide branded apparel available for massage therapists.
• Sponsor Logo and booth number printed on compostable clear cups. Infused water for Relaxation Lounge attendees provided by Show Management.
• 6′ table provided for literature and/or product for sponsor outreach area.
  • Storage/deliveries are not available for this sponsorship so please note excess product is limited to  fit underneath a 6’ table.
• Opportunity to staff the Relaxation Lounge with up to (2) company representatives.

Opportunity Details:

• The Relaxation Lounge is located in the Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center. The Lounge is open for free attendee massages Thursday, September 13 – Saturday, September 15 2018.
• Artwork deadline: August 15, 2018.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from event. Last date to contract: August 10, 2018.
• Exclusive sponsorship.
