• 10’W x 10’D x 12’H space includes (1) 6′ table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket.
• Electricity and labor for product delivery and storage included.
  • Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.

• Connect with your sales manager available locations located outside Baltimore Convention Center.
  • Pratt Street: Locations still available.
  • Charles Street: Locations still available.
• Brand presence must be in place during all sampling station hours:
  • Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 8:00 – 6:00pm
  • Friday, September 13, 2019 from 8:00 – 6:00pm
  • Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 8:00 – 4:00pm
• No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Can use a pop-up tent.
  • Custom build sampling stations must be approved by show management for set up and weight restrictions.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 23, 2019.
