Sponsorship deliverables:

• Complimentary food & beverage will be available for all show participants at the Shoreline Snack Station on Level 2 during expo hall days
  • Dedicated sign flippers will be in high-traffic areas driving attendees to the snack station
• Your choice to exclusively sponsor one of the following:
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Happy Hour
• Sponsor logo recognition included on the following during your selected mealtime:
  • Signage within the snack station
  • Buffet tabletop stanchions
  • Tent cards on dining roundtables
  • Napkins distributed at the food & beverage tables
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting the snack station located in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Rotating ads will include other show marketing ads
• Your custom artwork displayed on a dedicated digital kiosk in the snack station during your selected mealtime
  • Sponsor can submit up to four different ads that promote your company, product or services
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed on the dining roundtables during your selected mealtime
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• One company representative may be in the sponsored space to promote your brand during your selected mealtime

  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information
